Infor's Senior Vice President for Support and Services Jim Byrnes joined Infor in 2003, and has been focused on building a first class services and support organization ever since.

"More than anything, Infor cares about its customers and the relationships we've built with them," Byrnes says. "Our services and sales areas are designed to help our customers however we can-whether it's with timely technical support, comprehensive consulting services, or ongoing education programs. Only when our customers are successful are we successful."

Byrnes is a veteran of the technology industry and has held executive level positions at a variety of software companies. Before he joined Infor, Byrnes served as President of the US operations of Ability, a provider of supply chain management solutions to distribution organizations. In this role, he was responsible for overall strategy and day-to-day operations of the company's US division and a member of the organization's global executive management team. Jim has also served as COO of Impact Innovations Group, a consulting services company focused on delivery chain management; VP of Sales and Marketing for Simtrex, a developer of simulation training software; and VP of Eastern Region Sales for Dun & Bradstreet Software.
