Glenn Goldberg


As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Glenn Goldberg is responsible for employee recruitment and retention worldwide, including integrating new employees into the corporate culture, managing benefits programs, and building initiatives that foster employee growth and development.

Since he joined Infor in May 2004, the number of employees has more than quadrupled as a result of the company's acquisition strategy. Goldberg cites Infor's ability to make integration decisions quickly as the number one reason it can manage such rapid growth from an HR perspective.

"We take a lot of questions out of the workplace, so our people know who they'll be working for, what their benefits are," Goldberg says. "We have a strong internal communications program, and we're good at keeping components of the cultures of the acquired companies if they fit with ours."

In addition to his corporate HR experience, he also credits his operational experience in a variety of industries with helping him meet the demands of the job. "I've always liked the people side of business, but I'm also a very practical, 'get it done' kind of person, which fits in well with the corporate culture here," he says.

Goldberg joined Infor from NxTrend Technology, where he began as VP of Human Resources and then assumed additional responsibilities as VP of Support and Services prior to Infor's acquisition of the company.
